Phone Call

The past few weeks I have spoken to an organization several times about ordering cell phone charms.  I supplied them with a number of samples, pricing, imprint areas for several different types of charms and answered quite a few questions about acceptable vector artwork formats.

This week I have emailed and called my contact in this organization to see if I could assist them further with their artwork or if I could help them with any other questions, but have received no response.

What happened?!  I would so appreciate a return call as to what happened.  It is so frustrating because I spent two or three hours collecting helpful information from the cell phone vendor for this contact.  Up until now, the contact was friendly and responded to me warmly and had given no indication that there were any problems with my pricing or service.

I would like my clients and prospective clients to know that I would love for them to call if they find better pricing or if they are unhappy with my approach and service so I have the opportunity to serve them in the best way possible.
